Self-Pay and Sliding Scale Rates

We offer a self-pay option for clients who do not have insurance coverage or for clients that have insurance that is not contracted with PSC. For clients experiencing financial hardship, we offer a sliding fee scale application to see if you qualify for services at a reduced rate. Insurance Plan FAQs

Co-payment (Co-pay) is a set fee that you are responsible to pay at the beginning of each visit. The co-payment amounts are set by your insurance company.

Coinsurance is a percentage of the allowed amount contracted with your insurance company that you are responsible for paying after the insurance company has paid their portion.

Deductibles are the amount you are responsible to pay before your insurance company starts to pay anything.

Copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles vary by individual insurance plans. Prior to your first visit, we will verify your benefits and discuss them with you. If you have specific questions about your benefits, please reach out to your insurance company.
