(The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, also known as DSM-IV-TR,

is a manual published by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) that includes all

currently recognized mental health disorders. Each Diagnosis has a code before it. This code is usedby

insurance companies and other professionals primarily for billing purposes,privacy, and efficiency in communcations)
